Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team that handles administrative and financial tasks for Alaska's Division of Motor Vehicles, including supervising staff, managing budgets, overseeing grants, and running warehouse operations to support statewide vehicle licensing and safety services.

What You Will Be Doing
The Administrative Officer 1 (AO1) leads the Administrative and Finance Services (AFS) section within the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV). This position is responsible for supervising staff, managing administrative operations, and ensuring compliance with state policies and financial procedures.

The AO1 role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and organizational skills to provide efficient and effective administrative support for DMV operations statewide.
