Administrative Assistant 4
(INTERNAL ONLY)

Salary Range: $4,542 to $6,107- Monthly
The Department of Corrections is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to fill a permanent position as Administrative Assistant 4.
The Administrative Assistant 4 reports to the Director of Medicaid & HS Reentry Services under the Assistant Secretary of Health Services.
The AA4 provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support for the Director, MTP Manager, and MTP Project Manager to support the planning, implementation and sustainability of the Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP) and Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), as well as health care reentry program needs.
The Health Services Division of the department is responsible for the delivery of health services in accordance with department policies, RCW 72.10, DOC Health Plan, and in conjunction with DOH and HCA requirements.
The AA4 supports the department’s mission by providing critical support to managers and exempt staff to achieve performance measures and expected outcomes internally and with external stakeholders.
