The Property Management Division is responsible for providing comprehensive facilities management through the capital and operating budget process. The Property Management Division (PMD) serves three primary functions for the agency; Facilities Management, Fleet Management, and Supply Management.

Requirements

The Fleet Section includes two vehicle maintenance shops, a vehicle equipping shop, and a central parts inventory system. The Fleet Section services, equips, and maintains a fleet of over 1,600 vehicles. This includes vehicle purchasing and vehicle disposal at the end of the vehicle lifecycle.

Our new teammate will be able to:
  • Answer telephones
  • Greet visitors
  • Prepare a variety of correspondence
  • Handle section mail
  • Take meeting minutes
  • disposal of surplus vehicles
  • Order and distribute fleet credit and gas cards
  • Obtain vehicle licenses and titles
  • Maintain vehicle vehicle information
  • Handle public disclosure requests
  • Prepare reports
  • Order office supplies
  • Provide customer service

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years clerical/office experience
