Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DIRECTOR in the Supply Logistics Department of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Administering a workforce development program by evaluating training requirements, employee performance and personnel needs to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational operations while ensuring standards are within regulatory and budgetary restrictions..
