The Workforce Culture Analyst Senior is a civil service position, located with the Workforce Diversity and Culture division of the Department of Human Resources and performs complex professional, technical, and analytical workforce culture-related activities.
The senior-level Workforce Culture Analyst will perform workforce culture-related recruitment, retention, training, and data work to ensure Metro work cultures are functioning with fairness, representation, and positive impact to the diverse constituents we serve.
The Metro Human Resources Department is seeking talented people interested in a career in public service and this position will help build and sustain positive work cultures throughout Metro Nashville departments.

Generally, this position works a hybrid work schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days virtual work.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of professional HR experience in Workforce Culture-related work.
