As a Vocational Rehabilitation Supervisor, you will perform a full range of supervisory duties to include assigning, directing and monitoring work, establishing unit goals and objectives, and evaluating performance on an ongoing basis.
It will be essential for you to ensure program eligibility and the quality of case services through the review and analysis of case records and case conferences with Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors and support staff.
You can expect to conduct in-service training sessions and staff conferences to maintain VR Counselors and support staff awareness of changing concepts and new policies or procedures.
You will have the opportunity to participate in public relations activities by making oral, written and visual presentations about VR services to community groups, referral agencies, employers, business leaders, public and private organizations and associations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time upon successful completion of the training period.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Williamsport. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
