This job involves monitoring and improving vocational rehabilitation programs across Pennsylvania to ensure they deliver fair and high-quality services to people with disabilities seeking employment.

This position is responsible for program performance, program monitoring, and quality assurance policy and activities in the administration of the OVR's quality management and technical assistance strategy.
You will carry out activities that help ensure the agency consistently functions well and delivers high quality services to customers, employers, providers, and stakeholders.
Duties in this role include development and delivery of case management monitoring and technical assistance services to district offices throughout the Commonwealth.
You will ensure that consistent, fair, and equitable services are provided to customers and stakeholders across bureaus while adhering to all applicable federal and state regulations.
Incumbents communicate and present information to OVR leadership, district office leadership, or on a statewide basis regarding compliance and monitoring activities, outcomes, and trends.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework), part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
