In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and managing plant operations, making key decisions on operational procedures, and coordinating necessary repairs in line with established standards and best practices.
You will ensure proper staffing levels and take appropriate action to maintain continuous steam generation.
Your duties will include testing water samples from various points within the water and steam systems, adjusting chemical treatments as needed, and recording daily water and chemical readings.
You will be expected to independently and safely perform all routine and specialized tasks within the boiler plant, including equipment repairs and control adjustments.
