You will serve as a Training Technician in the Naval Education & Training Command of SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD SAN DIEGO.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing and reviewing various correspondence, as well as following up when needed, 2) Serving as command liaison for students pay issues and personal matters, 3) Providing customer service to students ranging from clerical and administrative support, 4) Explaining eligibilities for pay and personnel entitlements, and 5) Interpreting regulations, policies and procedures as required.
