Proven knowledge of best practice training principles. Excellent presentation skills. Proficient in the use of MS Office products with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Articulate, and Canva. Experience with learning design programs.
Experience working with the State's LMS, programs such as Articulate, and the formatting of Sharable Content Object Reference Mode (SCORM) files highly desired.Ability to:

Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience or equivalent.
