About the Position: Serves as a Testing Coordinator in a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) to ensure applicants' test scores are valid and processed in a timely manner in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S.
Military Entrance Processing Command policies and procedures for the DoD Military Personnel Testing Program. This will be a permanent position.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Coordinating student testing with area schools and administrators; Compiling testing data utilizing spreadsheets and databases; Entering testing results into data systems to generate reports; Conducting inventory on testing materials and applicant packages.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
Proficiency Required: This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-05).
