This temporary job at the Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System involves answering phone calls from members to help them with their online accounts and handling basic office tasks.

The Iowa Public Employees’ Retirement System (IPERS) is seeking candidates to support the Member Call Center.
This role involves assisting IPERS members over the phone with questions about accessing their member self-service accounts, as well as performing general clerical duties to support the Division.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
The position requires working 30-40 hours per week, with schedules from Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m.. and 5:30 p.m.
Flexible hours and/or remote work is available after a short training periodCandidates must successfully pass a background check.
