Entry salary: $62,107 | Full performance (GS-12): up to $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to plan, coordinate, and execute alignment and testing processes for naval combat systems, ensuring they work correctly during operations and upgrades.
It focuses on managing technical projects, analyzing data from tests, and collaborating with engineers to solve problems in military weapon systems.
A good fit would be someone with hands-on experience in engineering or technical roles in defense or manufacturing, who enjoys leading teams and handling complex technical challenges.
You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the COMBAT SYSTEMS ALIGNMENT DIVISION (C73), COMBAT SYSTEMS TEST & EVALUATION DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, located in Port Hueneme, CA or San Diego, CA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, coordinating, and integrating Combat System Alignment (CSA) and Collimation processes and procedures to ensure the successful execution of CSA projects or programs.
