Entry salary: $74,441 | Full performance (GS-13): up to $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading technical projects to analyze data, evaluate performance, and advise on resource decisions for building new Navy ships, helping to improve how data is managed and used across different Navy offices.
A good fit would be an experienced engineer or scientist who enjoys working with metrics, bridging information gaps, and influencing leadership on naval programs.
It requires strong analytical skills and familiarity with government acquisition processes.
You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER in the ACQUISITION AND READINESS ASSESSMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Engineer or Scientist conducting scientific data analysis, performance metrics evaluation, and acquisition and readiness assessments to improve data management, provide technical advice, and influence decision making for a naval shipbuilding program.
