As a Talent Management/Acquisition Analyst Trainee in this 12-month training program, you will learn the duties of this position while gaining valuable skills and experience.
Your training will include both on-the-job and formal training in assisting higher-level human resource professionals with Talent Management functions.
You can expect to assist in providing technical guidance and customer service to managers and supervisors regarding talent management topics.
This position assists with assessing hiring needs, implementing the hiring process for filling vacant positions and creating and updating position descriptions.
Work includes preparing correspondence and reports related to talent management activities for client agencies.
You will have the opportunity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with agency executives, program managers, and HR professionals to collaborate on the resolution of HR issues.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to three days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
