As a Talent Management Project Manager, you will perform assignments on OHRM teams and assists other Federal agency efforts focused on centralizing, streamlining overall hiring processes to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency in recruitment and retention of top talent within GSA and possibly within the Federal workforce.
Location of position: GSA, Office of Human Resources Management, Raleigh, NC We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-11 salary range starts at $77,983 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience assisting with the collection and analysis of workforce, hiring, or recruitment data to support decision-making; participating in efforts to evaluate and improve recruitment, sourcing, or talent management processes; supporting recruitment efforts by assisting in designing technology based outreach methods (e.g., Handshake, social media, organizational websites) to attract and engage high quality candidates; and preparing written materials and communicating analytical findings to managers or stakeholders.
OR Education: Possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or have successfully completed 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of graduate level education and appropriate experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position. Major Duties:
As a Talent Management Project Manager, you will perform the following duties: Facilitates data analysis work to drive decisions and develop data-driven insights on talent practices, such as analyzing recruitment metrics, employee engagement survey results, retention data, etc.
Facilitates data-driven strategies to enhance agency productivity, drive innovation, and build future-ready teams by focusing on what employees can do, making talent management more flexible and equitable.
Performs research to determine effective hiring selection outcomes for filling critical positions posted for various external, “direct hire” vacancy announcements.
Provides support in the development of marketing materials and assists in using state-of-the-art technology and mechanisms to create and/or develop OHRM messaging to enhance GSA branding and to attract prospective, high-quality talent for agency positions.
Interprets Federal human resources recruitment, GSA policies and data management analysis to ensure the effective facilitation of related projects and to provide support and guidance to various GSA/OHRM stakeholders and partners.
