Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing and analyzing databases for naval electromagnetic warfare, ensuring accurate intelligence on threats and forces by integrating data from various sources and overseeing quality checks.
It requires working with classified information, developing tools and reports, and collaborating with agencies to keep everything up-to-date.
A good fit would be someone with experience in intelligence analysis, database handling, and clear communication skills, ideally from a military or technical background.
You will serve as a TACTICAL DATABASE ANALYSIS SPECIALIST in the ELECTROMAGNETIC WARFARE DATABASE DIRECTORATE of NAVINFOWARDEVCEN NORFOLK.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Interpreting, evaluating, and integrating intelligence information from different sources.
Comprehending physical security instruction relevant to receipt, handling, and shipment of classified information.
Performing database development, maintenance, administration procedures and specific computer systems.
Communicating orally and in writing to prepare briefings and participate in meetings and conferences.
