Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage budgets and financial resources for the U.S. Marine Corps, advising senior leaders on policies, and ensuring programs run efficiently with accurate reporting.
It requires overseeing budget planning, execution, and improvements while handling audits and team development.
A good fit would be an experienced financial professional with leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and familiarity with government budgeting who enjoys strategic planning and high-level coordination.
You will serve as a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst in the Programs and Resources Division of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing budget processes (e.g.
PPB&E), including the formulation, justification, and execution of complex appropriation budgets; leading and developing a team of financial professionals, including performance management and recruitment; Aligning financial operations with high-level strategic guidance and implement significant process improvements; briefing senior leadership (e.g.
General Officer/SES) and coordinating on budgetary matters with external organizations or partners (e.g.
