This job involves overseeing the operations of naval facilities, including planning maintenance, managing budgets, and supervising teams to keep buildings and utilities running smoothly.

You will serve as a SUPV FACILITY OPERATION SPECIALIST in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following 1) Identifying and prioritizing all facility and utility requirements, including the development, planning, scheduling, acquisition, budget expenditures; 2) Effectively utilizing the Navy's Computerized Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO); and 3) Managing the work management processes of receiving, planning, assigning, and executing customer work requirements for facilities programs.
