Base salary range: $37,764 - $49,094

This job involves managing the safe storage, tracking, and movement of ammunition at a U.S.
Army base in Massachusetts, including fixing inventory errors and using computer systems to keep records accurate.
It also includes leading a small team of two staff members to complete daily tasks on time.
A good fit would be someone with experience in logistics or inventory control, attention to detail, and comfort with automated tracking tools, ideally from a military or government background.
About the Position: This position is with the 406TH Army Field Support Brigade, Logistics Readiness Center, Transportation Division, located in Fort Devens, MA.

Verifying ammunition management system data to ensure accuracy. ; 3. Maintaining ammunition stock record data by using automated systems to ensure accurate tracking.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
