This job involves managing supplies for the Army National Guard in Guam, including coordinating materials for maintenance and production, keeping track of inventory records, and handling procurement and storage to support military operations.
It's a permanent position for enlisted personnel at grades E4 to E6 with specific assignments.

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION - PERMANENT.
This National Guard position is for a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN, Position Description Number NGD0849000 and is part of the Guam GUARNG Element, National Guard.
MILITARY GRADES: Enlisted: E4 - E6 COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: Enlisted: 92Y SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 level in the Federal service (or equivalent experience in the private or military sector) performing supply support duties.
Experience in performing material coordination for maintenance, production, or supply operations. Experience in maintaining and reconciling supply accountability records.
Experience in researching and reconstructing supply transaction records to resolve discrepancies.
Specialized experience must be directly related to the duties of the position as described in the Position Description. Major Duties:
This position is located in the Army or Air National Guard.
Its purpose is to provide storage and distribution, cataloging or supply identification systems, property utilization, or other related supply activities including those associated with automated or manual supply accounting systems.
1. Performs routine and nonroutine material coordination duties for special programs, maintenance, or production shops. 2.
Responsible for local management of decentralized and decontrolled items which requires technical intervention to assure effective supply support and economy.
Items are less stable or standardized and do not lend themselves to routine control through the use of the computer and variable supply level formulas.
Plans requirements, both quantitative and monetary, to satisfy customer needs. Authorizes procurement and is responsible for funds management. 3. Responsible for limited aspects of storage management.
May develop and install local procedures and techniques to achieve and maintain smooth, effective, and coordination storage operations. 4. Performs other duties as assigned.
