70% - Essential - Inventory Management Training and Development:Assists and performs tasks of on-the-job training in loading and unloading materials and equipment, records management, and general repairs on tools and equipment under limited supervision.
Demonstrates the ability to operate various lifts, vehicles, and equipment. Verifies packing slips incoming and out-coming shipments.
Assists in and keeps accurate records, verifies quantities, pricing back orders, damages and shortages in the inventory management software. Assists others with warehouse housekeeping duties.
Provides direction and communication with truck drivers concerning deliveries, damages, and in-coming shipments.20% - Essential - Customer Service:Provides customer service and flexibility.
Assists in training part time employees on professional communications and the use of electronic devices. Notifies co-workers and customers when their parts and materials are ready for pickup.
Keeps accurate maintenance logs, inspects tools, equipment and provides training to maintenance employees relating to tool operations.
Provides guidance in shipping and receiving procedures.10% - Essential - Safety:Follows established safety procedures including proper equipment calibration, PPE requirements, and equipment maintenance.
Cleans equipment and vehicles. Notify supervisor of needed repairs to vehicles and equipment.
