This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for the Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Facilities and the Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Incumbent will serve as a Supervisory Security Specialist for the Directorate of Installation Services, Emergency Management Division, Security Operations Branch.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Applying security principles to support and assist in the management of multiple, integrated security programs (such as physical security, anti-terrorism, and personnel security); (2) Analyzing security and emergency management plans to ensure compliance with regulations and recommend improvements; AND (3) Providing technical guidance, direction, or training to team members or junior personnel on security policies and procedures.
