This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Comp Service Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Serves as a Guard Supervisor for the Security Guard force assigned under the authority of the Senior Commander at IMCOM supported installations.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience with a federal, state, municipal, local, or private protective organization ((1) planning the activities of a security guard force shift, (2) performing access control or visitor control center operations, and (3) administering training to ensure personnel are equipped to protect against threats to property and personnel.
