Base salary range: $46,479 - $60,424
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-7. Graduate study or significant experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team of security guards at a naval facility in North Carolina, overseeing daily security operations, handling investigations, and ensuring the safety of people and property.
It also includes training staff, preparing for emergencies like disasters or riots, and coordinating with other teams to maintain smooth operations.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY GUARD in the COMMAND OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing analyzing, and resolving difficult and complex security problems; 2) Developing and recommending and/or implements procedures and practices to cover multiple security objectives; 3) Provides technical expertise in physical security requirements and procedures; 4) Elevating plans for improvements in physical security and Entry Control Points posts.
