Full Job Description
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY GUARD in the COMMAND OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing analyzing, and resolving difficult and complex security problems; 2) Developing and recommending and/or implements procedures and practices to cover multiple security objectives; 3) Provides technical expertise in physical security requirements and procedures; 4) Elevating plans for improvements in physical security and Entry Control Points posts.

- You will ensure depot security responsibilities are carried out, including initial investigation of crimes, the protection of all civil rights, property, and the preservation of a peaceful environment at the depot.
- You will serve as a training officer and are responsible for procuring training materials and for coordinating and implementing required training for the Security Guards Branch.
- You will function as a member of the disaster control team during natural or manmade disasters and/or riots, controlling panic, vandalism, sabotage and disclosure or loss of classified materials that would disrupt the normal operations of the depot.
- You will coordinate work operations among subordinate units and with other organizations for matters that may adversely affect other operations or programs.
