Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Resolving appraisals issues that are unusual or unique to ensure effective program execution; AND 2) Reviewing work completed by appraisers including cost estimates or feasibility studies to ensure accuracy; AND 3) Developing policies and procedures for real estate appraisal programs to improve operational efficiency.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13 or above).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
