For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.

Specialized experience for this position includes: - Managing at least one operations support program (procurement/acquisitions, personnel and physical security, or facilities management), to include independently developing and implementing bureau-level policy (or higher) for the program you managed.

In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks. Major Duties:

This position is located at Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Assistant Administrator - Management CFO - Acquisition and Facilities Management Division.

As a Supervisory Program Manager (Deputy Director, Acquisition and Facilities Management), you will: Serve as the Deputy Director, Acquisition and Facilities Management Division (AFMD) exercising managerial direction and control of the programs, functions, and workforce of AFMD.

Direct the preparation of policies, directives, instructions, and other guidance dealing with the procurement program.

Direct and control physical security assessments for security related services and facilities, identification media programs, and other security related services.

Oversee the Bureau's space management program including the acquiring and retrofitting of space to meet organizational need.
