Full Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Public Works Directorate Resources and Assessment Division (PW1) of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating leadership skills that support all Public Works Directorate personnel throughout the NAVFAC Far East Area of Responsibility, impacting over 1,400 personnel.

Providing workflow management support (Maximo), Supply Chain Management support, and community management support for eight Public Works Departments at eight installations.

Maintain continuity of operations for all affected Public Works Departments.

  • You will oversee internal controls implementation related to PW business processes throughout the area of responsibility (AOR).
  • You will organize the documentation of community development and progression plan management for PW occupational series.
  • You will be responsible for optimizing available resources in alignment with assigned programs impacting mission critical operations.
  • You will advise on identifying opportunities for improving Public Works (PW) program operations and mitigating potential barriers to execution.
  • You will develop, analyze, evaluate, advise on, and improve the effectiveness of work methods, procedures, resourcing, metrics management, and community management matters at installations and supported Public Works Departments.
