About the Position: Serves as Chief, Project Controls Section supervising a group of project controllers and support staff.
Incumbent is responsible for effectively implementing the Project Management Information System (PROMIS) for Walla Walla District in accordance with the Project Delivery Business Process (PDBP) and data quality standards, with responsibility for the Primavera and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) applications.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes managing Civil Works related project schedules, resourcing, in-depth analyses of project execution and financial data; providing data-driven recommendations and briefings to senior leadership; AND experience in managing project schedules and resources using Primavera applications.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
