About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f.
Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the U.S.
Cyber Command in Fort Meade, Maryland. CYBER EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITIONS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE TWO-PAGE RESUME LIMIT.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe two years specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position.

Specialized experience would be demonstrated by leading complex organizations and cyber operations programs by planning, managing, and executing complex initiatives ideally within the field of cyberspace operations; managing personnel and budget resources while providing technical direction and management advice on workforce and administrative matters such as personnel grievances, hiring practices, and facilitating employee development and training; improving operational processes by identifying gaps and implementing policy and procedural solutions to enhance existing business practices within the Directorate of Operations; and leading teams with High Emotional Quotient (EQ) capacity to operate with limited higher-level guidance and execute meaningful administrative requirements.
