This job involves leading a team to develop and analyze military capabilities and processes for the U.S.
Marine Corps in Hawaii, ensuring they align with broader joint force needs and improve efficiency. The role acts as a key advisor to top commanders on strategic planning, policy, and program oversight.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff, G-9 of MARINE FORCES PACIFIC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supervising the development of service level requirements, capabilities, and solutions and analysis of internal and force level processes in order to ensure operating force capabilities meet joint force requirements and achieve operating efficiencies; serving as the primary command representative to agency top officials (e.g.
Deputy Commandant, Combat Development and Integration.)
