Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage manpower, training, and human resources for Navy munitions operations in the Pacific, including analyzing workforce needs, coordinating policies, and overseeing programs like risk management and records.
It's a supervisory role where you'll advise staff, improve processes, and liaise with various Navy offices to ensure smooth operations.
A good fit would be someone with strong HR and management experience in a government or military setting, who enjoys leading teams and solving complex personnel issues.
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT and PROGRAM ANALYST in the DIRECTOR, MANPOWER and TRAINING, NAVY MUNITIONS COMMAND PACIFIC (NMCPAC) of NMCPAC EAST ASIA DIVISION.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing tasks in support of Human Resources Management and civilian personnel functions by demonstrating thorough knowledge of HR Management, Manpower and Personnel Management to analyze complex workforce issues, prepare reports, coordinate with stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership and staff.
