You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Oversight and administration of the full spectrum of mission support and management activities to include, but not limited to: facilities & asset management; financial & acquisitions management; workforce management; budget formulation, strategic planning, program performance & coordination of all congressional requirements; information disclosure and records management; AND Development and oversight of organizational administrative policies, procedures, and delegation orders; AND Oversee and review the expenditure of appropriated funds on a regular basis and assure effective expenditure of these funds; AND Responsible for authorizing cost-saving initiatives to increase efficiency while reducing operating costs and maintaining a high professional proficiency.
