This position is located in U.S. Department of Education (ED) Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) The Office of Federal Student Aid administers the federal financial aid programs under Title IV.

Minimum Qualification Requirements You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-15, if you possess the specialize experience, education, or a combination of the two.
Specialized Experience for the GS-15 One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-14 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments: 1.
Experience integrating complex organizational elements, developing innovative solutions, and delivering strategic insights through data visualization to guide senior leadership decisions. 2.
Experience in human capital planning and supervising staff including assigning work based on staff capabilities, requirements, and organizational priorities, establishing work schedules, evaluating work products and providing constructive feedback, setting performance standards and conducting staff reviews, recruiting, training, and resolving complaints and grievances.
3.
Experience related to supporting requirement identification, problem solving, process improvement, general loan servicing, applying administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the administration of loan servicing programs.

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-15, you will be responsible for: • Providing strategic guidance to senior staff on complex program issues, develops integrated evaluation systems, leads long-range planning and policy development to support key initiatives, and ensures integration of program evaluation and measurement concepts within the business unit.
