Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to analyze and improve how a naval department runs its operations, focusing on manpower, efficiency, and performance.
You'll plan work, evaluate staff, handle personnel issues, and develop strategies to meet goals in a military setting.
It's a good fit for experienced managers with a background in organizational analysis and leadership in government or defense environments.
You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Commander, Naval Surface & Mine Warfighting Development Center of NSMWDC DET DAHLGREN.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating organizational programs and procedures for identifying issues, providing recommendations, developing strategies, and executing planning to enhance overall productivity and efficiency in command operations.
