This job involves leading a team in managing the logistics for naval aviation weapons, from planning and acquiring support systems to ensuring ongoing maintenance and efficiency.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGMENT SPECIALIST in the WEAPONS INTERGRATION LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Special experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and supervision to a diverse, matrixed organization by establishing strategic direction, managing personnel resources, and enforcing key organizational policies including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), security, and safety regulations.
2) Proven working knowledge of the full lifecycle of naval aviation weapons support, including the strategic planning, acquisition, and sustainment of integrated logistics and industrial support packages for key stakeholders.
3) Experience in championing the use of data-driven decision-making by overseeing the analysis, modeling, and simulation of readiness data to optimize enterprise-level inventory, logistics support, and lifecycle costs.
4) Ability to establish and implement enterprise-level policy or capabilities for logistics information systems, product data standards, and logistics configuration management to ensure data integrity and operational effectiveness across the organization.
