Summary

  • You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver a wide array of PEO Digital information technology services to the Department of Navy enterprise, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • You will work with all subordinates' personnel in developing reasonable performance goals which both enhance/challenge individual professional.
  • You will closely with subordinate personnel towards meeting individual performance thresholds and seeks to challenge employees through assignments that require independent initiative and long-term planning.
  • You will hear and resolves employee complaints, referring group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher-level supervisor or manager.
  • You will manage the Product Backlog: Define, prioritize, and manage the ART backlog, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and business goals, utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
  • You will lead and facilitate PI Planning sessions, ensuring alignment and commitment across the ART.
  • You will decompose Epics into Features and Features into Stories, ensuring they are actionable and testable.
  • You will develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with the strategic vision and market needs.
