GS-13 - $121,785.00 - $158,322.00 GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience administering assignments and supervising and approving work efforts within the branch.
This includes projecting long-range work plans and schedules.
Experience executing goals and objectives of programs within the branch and sets priorities and schedules for completion of assignments, often in the face of shifting schedules, changing priorities, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with implementing selections, evaluating performance, recommending promotions, awards, bonuses, and reassignments of subordinates.
Experience advising and showing ability to plan, manage, and carry out installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Experience developing new system hardware and software for specific Time Service/Earth orientation applications including the transfer of timing data within and outside the Observatory using Internet.
Experience with analysis and design of systems to compare these data, design of systems to improve time and data transfer, coordination of Internet transmission of Global Positioning System and Earth orientation data via NASA/NAVY Internet services, and design of systems to store massive amounts of GPS data.
Experience monitoring plans, while overseeing, and assisting with installations and maintenance of new or upgraded versions of applications running in client-server mode under the Windows, Linux, and Macintosh operating systems, including the latest versions of Microsoft Edge and Microsoft Office.
