Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

This job involves leading a team of HR specialists in a naval division, overseeing staffing, classification, and support programs for military personnel.
You'll guide strategic HR services, provide expert advice to managers, and ensure compliance with federal rules.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the PROGRAM SUPPORT DIVISION, HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09 through GS-12) grade level or pay band (NM-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge of Federal Staffing policy and procedures related to the competitive service; 2) Understanding of the Merit Systems Principles and Prohibited Personnel Practices; 3) Knowledge of Federal classification standards and pay setting procedures; 4) Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally to candidates, customers, employees, mangers, and executives.
