You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM (SYSCOM) of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing comprehensive management advisory services on Recruitment and Staffing, Labor and Employee Relations and Classification concepts, laws, policies and practices AND utilize human resources data system(s) and applications to enter and analyze personnel data, produce reports, ensure data integrity, and improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
