Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team that reviews and corrects military personnel records for Navy and Marine Corps members, handling complex and sensitive cases to ensure fair outcomes.
You'll provide expert advice on policies, oversee case tracking and analysis, and develop training for staff.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the BOARD FOR CORRECTION OF NAVAL RECORDS, DEPARTMENT OF NAVY of SECNAV BCNR.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing policy guidance and advice to staff and leadership amid discussions, significant problems, or specific irregularities.
Experience overseeing the use of an automated case tracking system, providing briefings, and reviewing and writing reports of sensitive and controversial issues with congressional interest.
Experience conducting case analysis and providing quality assurance of all cases following applicable laws, military personnel regulations, instructions, and established procedures for the proper and equitable resolution of cases.
