Full Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST n the PRODUCT SUPPORT ANALYSIS DIVISION, PROGRAM AND BUS ANALYSIS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing, interpreting and evaluating program funding plans and monitoring execution.

2) Developing budgets, financial tracking planning and analysis as well as manpower and trend analysis. 3) Extracting information and providing data analysis with Excel.

4) Demonstrating the ability to effectively deal with all levels of leadership, both on and off center and actively foster positive working relationship with personnel at all levels.

5) Mentoring and developing team members and able to work in a team environment.

  • You will develop and defend program workload estimates based on the assigned customer's financial requirements.
  • You will utilize Navy-Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) financial system to extract, analyze and interpret business and financial reports and all data contained therein.
  • You will be responsible for building, mentoring and developing team members.
  • You will provide extensive analytical support to the customer in developing recommendations and making decisions on a broad variety of financial issues.
