Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-13. Senior expert or supervisor.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team in managing budgets for the Navy, including creating plans, reviewing spending, and ensuring everything follows government rules.
It requires working closely with other departments to handle funding for personnel and programs.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Assistant Secretary of Navy (ASN FM&C) OFFICE OF BUDGET, FMB.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with budgert formulation and review by prescribing procedures and the preparation/ administration of a budget. Develop budget plans.
Experience with budget justification and execution. Originate appropriate documentation and processes to administer control during budget execution.
Review and assist in planning and programming guidance development on civilian manpower aspects and make recommendations as appropriate.
