Full Job Description

DMDC is to be the provider of Human Resource IT services and products leveraging extensive HR focused data assets.

DMDC data assets enable execution of numerous missions within and outside the DoD; to include benefit eligibility, identity management, personnel security, physical security, and other personnel related services.

DMDC's strategic vision is to securely support the vastly expanding HR related mission represented in emerging areas and those which will undergo HR reform initiatives.

You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A.

One year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector.

My creditable specialized experience includes: Managing administrative and operational programs, including program planning, analysis, and evaluation; Supporting the development of strategic plans and policies; Coordinating between different organizational units and external partners; and Providing administrative and operational guidance to staff.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Major Duties:

As a Supervisory Business Operations Support Coordinator at the GS-0301-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as the on-site Supervisory Operations Support Coordinator and team lead at the DMDC Seaside office, reporting to the Director of the Administration Division and overseeing local operations.

Provides high-level management assistance to the Front Office by coordinating actions between DMDC, DHRA, and external partners, requiring a deep understanding of the DMDC mission, diplomacy, and effective communication with senior officials.

Manages and supervises crucial support programs, including the Government Purchase Card Program, Human Resources, the Awards Program, Talent Management, and Space Management for the DMDC Seaside location.

Conducts strategic planning and analysis of mission assignments to establish program objectives, develop long-range plans, and improve operational functions like space utilization and interoffice information flows.

Develops and reviews official correspondence, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership, ensuring all materials are clear, compliant with policies, and professionally represent the Director's office.

Establishes performance metrics and evaluates the effectiveness of projects and internal procedures, using customer satisfaction data to implement improvements and correct deficiencies in operations and administration.

Coordinates with DHRA Facilities Management for office repairs, space alterations, and security services, while also supporting the Front Office with travel and schedule management.
