Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes monitoring the budget execution processes; developing trend analysis of key financial management indicators; providing advice and assistance to program managers; writing procedures and guidance for use by program managers, and other staff members; and preparing cost and performance measurement reports.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
