Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job is for a supervisor role in a naval command, where you'll lead a team to install and manage advanced communication, computer, and IT systems on military installations.
You'll handle planning projects, mentoring staff, managing budgets, and ensuring everything runs smoothly to meet mission goals.

You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the INSTALLATION EXECUTION of NIWC ATLANTIC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: The minimum qualifications for these supervisory roles require demonstrated leadership ability to lead change, mentor employees, develop, and manage personnel fostering team building, and providing oversight to achieve strategic program objectives.
Additionally, candidates must possess knowledge and experience in applying installation policy, sound project management concepts, and systems engineering principles for C4ISR and Information Technology system installations.
