Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job is for a supervisor in a naval command division that handles intelligence and command systems, focusing on managing IT projects, acquisitions, and team personnel like hiring and performance reviews.
It involves solving business issues, ensuring policy compliance, and participating in strategic planning for technical operations.

You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the COMMAND AND INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS DIVISON, CODE 532 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical or project management oversight; knowledge of Command and Intelligence systems; knowledge of personnel management processes (i.e.
hiring, promotions, awards, etc.) and assessing employees' performance.
