Join our Controller's Office team as a Sponsored Student Accounts Specialist, where you'll be the key liaison between students, external sponsors, and the University—ensuring that educational funding flows smoothly and accurately.
In this pivotal role, you'll manage third-party sponsorships and billing arrangements for students whose tuition and fees are covered by external organizations.
You’ll be the go-to expert for sponsor billing and collections, ensuring compliance, precision, and timely communication across departments.
What You’ll Do:Third-Party Billing & Account Management (50%)
Customer Service & Office Support (25%)
Student Refund Processing (20%)
Team Collaboration & Special Projects (5%)
You’ll be part of a team that ensures students can focus on their education while their financial arrangements are handled with care and precision. Your work will directly impact student satisfaction, sponsor relationships, and the University’s financial integrity.

Three (3) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position, which included basic accounting knowledge and experience. (Experience must be clearly documented in the Work History section of your application. "See Resume" will not be accepted)
Appeal Rights:
