Full Job Description

The Speech Instructor will teach dynamic and thoughtfully planned public speaking courses. The instructor may participate in professional development opportunities that enhance their discipline and keep them current in teaching strategies.

Teaching opportunities may include a mix of day, evening, online, or hybrid classes offered on our main campus or at local high schools, providing flexibility and variety in your schedule.

Support student success by maintaining accurate academic progress and attendance records, offering academic advising, and providing meaningful evaluations and feedback to help students grow and thrive.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech OR a Master’s Degree with 18 semester credit hours in Speaking, Rhetoric and Persuasion
