Job Description

Summary

This part-time role involves coordinating special events and providing administrative support for community programs at a U.S.

Air Force base in Germany, including managing budgets, reports, and partnerships for things like picnics and bazaars.

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the NAF Accounting Office, Spangdahlem AB, Germany. This is a Regular Part Time position (20-34 hours per week).

Work schedule is Monday through Friday. Military Spouse Preference is lost if selected for this position. Who May Apply: Open to everyone.

Must have working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel/Word, or other spreadsheet software system. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must possess skill in dealing with the public.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Major Duties:

The primary purpose of this position is to monitor and administer the installation private organization program and provide administrative support for all 52d FSS programs & events.

The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Provides support with activities pertaining to private organizations, home based businesses and community special events Supports with planning and carrying out special events such as: bazaars, carnivals, fests, group/wing picnics etc.

Works with other FSS flights & agencies to execute programs, partnerships, special events, and joint undertakings to maximize resources.

Develops NAF budgets and tracks expenses related to special events. Maintains, controls, reviews, and consolidates all information on all reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
